PMT has designed and developed custom software called PRISMS to allow for flexibility when logging,tracking and reporting on all aspects of the clients business.

We acknowledge the Service and maintenance delivery is crucial to the overall success of the system and will be arranged in accordance to the client design. As part of the customization process we include quality assurance for asset management.

The existing systems assessment allows us to compile a report on a client site for the ‘as is’ status of perimeter protection, CCTV installation, access control, intrusion detection and other associated asset protection systems.

Included in the service delivery will be a set of comprehensive set of Service Levels Agreements (SLA’s) that outline in clear and concise terms the initial levels of service delivery and the relevant areas and stages where escalations in delivery maybe required. Customised reports such SLAs, operational – maintenance/asset management, monitoring reports, maximizing can be provided. Graphs can be designed to show uptimes, downtimes and deliverables.
